Aaron Serafino is a photographer working in the Southern California area. A graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography, Aaron has been an educator in the San Diego photographic community since 2003, when he began teaching for UCSD Extension.
Aaron is experienced in pre-modern photographic processes, film photography and darkroom techniques, studio lighting and location photography, as well as digital capture and workflow. Aaron practices commercial photography and specializes in fine-art reproduction, photographing original objects for museums, foundations, collectors and artists.
Aaron has offered private, individualized workshop-style classes in basic to advanced photographic techniques, in situ pre-modern photographic processes, and digital color management and printmaking. Aaron currently teaches photography in the San Diego area at UCSD Extension and Grossmont College, and has previously taught at Palomar College and the Art Institute of California.
